The SFT Waydoo eFoil Cup 2026 in Shenzhen once again showed how fast eFoil racing is evolving on an international level — faster, more technical and more competitive than ever.

Manel Arpa — Precision, Speed & High-End Racing

In the Pro Division, eFoilmasters supports Manel Arpa, one of the leading riders in professional eFoil racing today.

After winning the SFT Flite eFoil Racing Cup 2025 in Dubai, Manel continues to establish himself among the top international riders. Riding the LIFT-X Series, his aggressive yet precise style demonstrates the level that modern eFoil racing is reaching.

Alongside top athletes such as Justin Chait and other world-class riders, Manel is helping push the sport toward a new era of professional competition.

Sebastian Lange — Rookie to Podium

In the Challenger Division, Sebastian Lange entered his first official race ever — and surprised everyone by reaching the podium top.

Unlike most racers, Sebastian came from no wave-riding background, loved more on smooth carving and ocean exploration than pure speed. Only two weeks before Shenzhen, he switched to his first true race wing, the Havoc 74 from LIFTefoils

A major turning point came after connecting with Manel Arpa and the Spanish LIFT racing family, where training sessions with experienced riders helped accelerate his progress dramatically.

In Shenzhen, the LIFT riders trained together daily from early morning, pushing each other on race lines, setup optimization and strategy. Riding alongside athletes such as Piet, Antti, Carmine, Alex and Vlad helped Sebastian rapidly improve his confidence and race pace.

With dedication, teamwork and strong community support, he secured a podium finish in his very first competition.
