efoil Li-ion batteries are expensive drama queens. The cells last only around 300-500 cycles and the BMS is working on the edge in efoils (much Amps, bad cooling).

Some basics for storing over wintertime:

1. Charge between 60 and 80%
2. Store around 10 degree celsius
3. Check every 4 weeks for charging level – consider recharging
4. Store in a dry, fire proof location
5. Spray connectors with silicon spray
6. Before riding again, recharge to 100%
7. slowly discharge, do not ride superhard.
   If you feel less power usually around 25% – stop riding and recharge fully to recalibrate the BMS after the off season

General tips:

8. Never ride your battery empty if you like to keep your battery healthy longtime.
9. Let the battery cool down and instantly recharge to around 60%-80%
10. NEVER store a empty battery.
11. Recharge your battery full just before riding
12. Keep it cool – but above 10 degree celsius
13. Never drop it
14. Keep connectors clean
